- This is the 3 digit number on the reverse of your card. We need this to process your payment securely. Verifying this number helps to prevent fraudulent use of your card.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
- Your card will be billed in the name of ‘4D Interactive’.
Can I have a refund?
- We will give a refund solely at our discretion if we find a fault on the service.

How does it work?
- It’s easy to chat and date with 100s of men and women across the UK, 24 hours a day. Just call 0871 550 5055 and record a short description of yourself. Then you can browse all the other callers online. You can be as active as you like – just browse, send and reply to messages or have private 121 live chats with other callers. It’s all up to you. Calls cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Network extras apply.

How much does the service cost?
- It costs £1.50 for the first 15 messages sent/received. Thereafter, it will cost £1.50 per 6 messages sent/received. Standard network charges apply. Women text at standard network rates.
Are you going to send me expensive, unwanted messages?
- No! This is NOT a subscription service. We will only send you profiles and give you access to the service for as long you want. If you wish to stop receiving messages from us, send STOP to 88199
How can I stop receiving 1-2-1 SMS messages from other people?
- To stop receiving SMS messages from a particular person, text BLOCK and the person's nickname to 88199.
- To stop receiving messages from all people, just text STOP to 88199. You can start receiving messages again at any time by texting MORE to 88199.
